It's in my top 5 all time favs. They filmed a scene in Lowell's restaurant located at Pike Place Market. He was making balloon animals for the kids. He was quite a character, and very friendly.<br />I am a people person. I wished that I could have spent a little time talking to him. Find out more about him, why he's there everyday. The day we were there they didn't throw any fish.
