Owen Beach

Owen Beach is in Tacoma WA. We drove there Saturday morning. It was the only day that the sun decided to come out. I could have sat there all day.

Sleepless In Seattle

It is one of my favorite movies. It's in my top 5 all time favs. They filmed a scene in Lowell's restaurant located at Pike Place Market. I was even lucky enough to go in and find the seats empty, so I could take these photos.

Clown

As we were walking into Pike Market I seen this clown sitting outside. He was making balloon animals for the kids. He was quite a character, and very friendly.
I am a people person. I wished that I could have spent a little time talking to him. Find out more about him, why he's there everyday. Maybe on another trip to Seattle.

Pike Place Fish CO.

This is the famous Pike Place Fish Co. where they throw the fish. The day we were there they didn't throw any fish. I'm not big into sea food but I was amazed at the size of the fish they had and the crab legs were ginormous.

Marmot

While driving through Mt. Rainier National park, my cousin spotted this Marmot. I have never seen or heard of them. He was very friendly. He even posed for the camera.

Fog Rolling In

This was taken somewhere at Mt. Rainier National Park. I wasn't to happy when the fog started rolling in, on what was already a cloudy day. But now, I think it's a nice touch.

My Favorite Place

I spent a week visiting the area so for the next few weeks I will be posting pics from my trip.The beauty of the area is amazing. Another photo from Tipsoo Lake at Mt. Rainier National Park. If my memory is correct the elevation was 3400ft.
